DTF Artwork Requirements and Tips for Gangsheets
1. Vector Art – Vector art is best to start your project with. It allows you to scale up or down images without loss in resolution.
We suggest to build your gangsheet (22.5” wide and no longer than 100” ) with vectored artwork and then upload as a PDF to the site – MAKE SURE ALL TEXT IS SET TO CURVES (OUTLINES)
2. PNG Art – PNG at 300DPI with a transparent background is another great way to get good results. Ensure any PNG you add to your gangsheet is at 300 DPI with Transparent back ground ensure your gangsheet when saved is also at 300 DPI and transparent background.
Tips: Images with lower quality will not print well and may appear blurry or pixelated. Check your edge quality and watchout for pixeled edges in your images, as they will print and appear as a white outline around the perimeter of your design.
Make sure your edges are solid and smooth –
DROP SHADOWS, SPECIAL EFFECTS -(FIRE, SMOKE, LIGHTNING STRIKES ) or any glow effects using gradual Semi-transparent gradients Will print as White unless on a solid background OPTIONS
1. Remove the effect entirely
2. Make the effect as a solid outline
3. Have the effect half-toned and create solid pixel colors
Line Thicknesses and Fonts
Lines
Suggested Minimum line thickness is .5PTS
Any line below this threshold may still print but may not adhere or have a loss in overall durability.
Fonts
Suggested font size is 3/8’ and above
Scripted fonts below this size should be avoided.
Again they may still print and adhere but durability may be compromised.
It is suggested to add outlines or contours to any thin line or font below these minimum thicknesses – including lines that come to a point

We strictly refrain from printing trademarked, copyrighted, and watermarked images without explicit written permission from the respective copyright or trademark owner. Should any such images be identified in your order, they will be promptly removed and excluded from the printing process.
In instances where the entire order consists of such images, a cancellation will be initiated, and a refund will be issued. For clarification, questions, or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. Your satisfaction and compliance with legal standards are our top priorities.
